We deliver Australia-wide and take every precaution to ensure that your gift box arrives in the same condition as it was when it left us.

We promise to have your order dispatched within 24 hours (although we always aim for same day).

Standard Delivery:

* NSW/ACT:  2 - 5 business days

* Interstate (Metro):  3 - 6 days

* Regional:  Please add 1-2 business days

Express Delivery:

Most express deliveries will arrive within 1-2 days of dispatch, although in rare cases, some may take an extra day or two.  Please keep this in mind when placing your order as we will not be able to refund the cost of express delivery if there are delays beyond our control.

HOSPITAL DELIVERY:

Olive & York offers delivery to Northern Beaches & North Shore hospitals. Please ensure the correct surname is entered for the recipient, as well as the correct ward and bed number. Please also address the order to the parent – not the baby – and be sure to include recipient’s full name under which they have been admitted to hospital. It is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient will still be in hospital on the day the delivery is due. This will avoid a re-direction fee being charged. If you are unsure of these details, you may be better requesting delivery to a home address.
