We are located in the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia.
Can I swap or take an item out of your gift boxes?
Absolutely! Contact us if you would like to swap or take out a product and we can work with you to create the perfect gift box.
Do you offer corporate gifting?
Yes! Our current clients include real estate agencies, personal training businesses, remedial and sports massage therapists and childcare providers, where we have included gifts that reflect their specific business. We love working closely with our clients to curate a personal gift box designed to suit not only those that are receiving, but also those that are giving. If I am searching for something in particular, can Olive & York source it for me?
Yes! Contact us if there is a gift you would love to see in your box & we will do our best to source it for you. Whether it is their favourite wine, or a book you know they will love, we can help you create the perfect selection of gifts.
Can I make my box cheaper?
Of course. Contact us and we can help you select gifts that are a balance between quality and value for money. We are happy to work with you to create a beautiful box regardless of your budget.
Shipping, Delivery & Returns
How do I know my order has been sent/recieved?
We will contact you to let you know that your order has been shipped & delivered.
How can I track my order?
We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia-wide!
What is your return policy?
In the unlikely event that your gift box and its contents are incorrect or arrive damaged, please contact us at info@oliveandyorkgifts.com. We will happily replace, exchange or issue a credit or refund depending on the extent of the damage and how you wish to resolve the issue. We will require photos so that we can better understand the extent of the damage or issues with the product. We are only able to replace, exchange or issue a credit or refund for any product that has been purchased within 10 days.
When will my order be dispatched?
We always aim for your order to be dispatched within 1-2 days of purchase.
Can I pick-up my order?
We generally do not offer pick-ups, however we are happy to arrange a one-off pick-up if urgent. Otherwise, we offer same-day delivery. Please contact us.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Absolutely! We are proud to offer same day delivery in the Northern Beaches, North Shore & Eastern Suburbs of Sydney if you order before 12pm. If you order after 12pm, we will deliver it to you the next day. Enter your address at check out to see if you are eligible.
