A.M. Matcha is a Sydney-based small business who sought to create the perfect matcha for your daily rituals. Their matcha is sourced from a single farm on the beautiful island of Kyushu, Japan. The farm is JAS certified organic. Kyushu is known for its nutrient-rich volcanic soil, which gives the matcha its beautiful flavour and vibrant colour. Their matcha is from the first spring harvest, and is ground to order to ensure freshness and flavour.
